Easy Barbecued Chicken Teriyaki Recipe
Saturday, May 8th, 2010Chicken breasts marinated in teriyaki sauce, lemon, garlic and sesame oil, then barbecued. Leftovers are delicious on a green salad or sandwich.
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
250ml teriyaki sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dessertspoon sesame oil
Preparation:
1.Place chicken, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil in a large bowl. Coat the chicken well then place in the fridge for 24 hours, turning every so often.
2. Preheat barbecue to high.
3. Lightly oil the barbecue plate. Remove chicken from the bowl, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side, or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
